How long have you been in business?
Parkpointe Realty was founded in 1984 by Bob Bass and Craig Groves, and they have built one of the area’s most successful independently owned real estate companies.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential Real Estate is our major service, however we do have departments in Commercial Real Estate, Land Development, and Home Owner Association Management.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The vision is to strive to be the most progressive, quality driven real estate organization in Boise and the Treasure Valley by building lifetime relationships with clients. This is accomplished by providing an environment where our clients, sales associates and professional staff were able to achieve great opportunities, economic satisfaction, and personal fulfillment through integrity, high principles and the ability to obtain results.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
John L Scott Boise Real Estate’s convenient location at the crossroads of the Treasure Valley is an advantage to our clients and we have branch offices in Downtown Boise and in Nampa to better serve them.

Our main office is located at 6223 N Discovery Way which is located approximately 1/2 mile East of Eagle on Chinden, South on Discovery (turn at the Burger King).

Which areas do you service?
Most of our clients live in the Treasure Valley. however we do have some clients in the Magic Valley and north to McCall.

Robert Bass and R. Craig Groves
What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, however our agents are available through the phone directory after hours.
