How long have you been in business?
Since January, 2007
What is your primary product or service?
We are primarily a Home Remodeling & Handyman company. We also do Commercial Tenant Improvements and we have a division that does Professional Home Cleaning.
Most of our home remodeling involves kitchens, bathrooms, roofing and room additions.
We can also handle just about any Handyman job such as skylights, roof repairs, electrical, drywall, paint, flooring of all types, etc. Our claim to fame is the ability to help with everything from small to huge. We have smart, talented craftsmen who can figure it out.
On the House Cleaning side, all our Team Members are specifically trained in the science of house cleaning. Most clients sign up for 4-6 hours every 2 weeks, but we do offer other timings.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I had hired both cleaning services and remodelers for my personal residence and I was always left holding the bag, if you will. There were always a list of things they wouldn't do, didn't do or didn't know how to do. I felt that if a company is hired to clean for you, they should know how to clean everything. If they were hired to remodel, parts of that remodel should not be left up to you to figure out. It seemed insane.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide a full service. There are basically 2 parts of our company - Professional Cleaning and Remodeling & Handyman. We have certifications and experts in place in both parts so that we can provide a full and professional service across the board.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location. Our shop is in Garden City. This is awesome because it's pretty fast to get almost anywhere in the valley. We will be moving to a larger shop in the near year or two, but we are currently planning on keeping just the 1 location. With the systems we have in place, we can grow to any size needed and still keep the same quality, the same format.

Kris Nevers started the company in 2007 and is still at the helm today.
