My parents started Northwest Building Maintenance when I was 18, I worked for them for many years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I answer my phone, if I miss your call, I will call you right back. One of the chief complaints I have heard from customers is that they called numerous commercial cleaning services and either no one answered the phone, or they left a message and no one returned their calls.
