How long have you been in business?
One Year with this particular business, I also own and operate Boise Dryer Vent Cleaning and have been doing that for the past 3 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Grab Bar and Hand Rail Installations
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have worked in all aspects of maintenance,I am a Marine Corps Veteran, retired sheet metal worker and have worked as a maintenance supervisor for 3 years at a local retirement community. I could see a desperate need in the community for Slip/Fall protection for our Seniors since many deaths occur as a result of falls, especially in the bathroom.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I provide a wide range of non slip safety solutions for seniors, I provide free consultations and I personally install all of my products. My website displays all that I offer as of now, I plan on adding more great options for Seniors in the near future that will help to keep them safe. My business is special in that I actually come to the home and install the product, in that way I can explain it's proper use to my customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I do not have a physical store, I go directly to the customers home. This is a one man operation therefor my customers receive personal and quality attention.
