We provide 24 hour emergency service. We also sell, service, maintain, and install all brands of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, humidifiers, air cleaners, ventilation, zoning, and water heaters.

Access Heating & Air has been owned by Keith Lithander since 1994. He purchased from the original, who started in 1972.

Heating and cooling maintenance and repair for residential and light commercial applications
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
From the building trades. Being involved in the construction of custom homes and interacting with unique customers led me to the specialized trades- particularly heating and cooling.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide solutions and a holistic approach to all of our work. We fix what the other guys couldn't...
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have plans to expand our number of employees but not our number of locations. We have one location.

We are right next to Fred Meyer and Chevron on Fairview and Locust Grove.

We accept cash and checks as well as Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and all other major forms of payment.

We service all of the Treasure Valley as well as Kuna, Middleton, Star and all outer cities.
